Getsy acts as controller for account, security and billing data. For certain technical data administered on behalf of the customer, Getsy may act as a processor depending on the context.
The agent sends only data required for enabled features. Agent keys are unique per server and their values are not displayed again in the panel.
When you connect Getsy Agent to ChatGPT, access uses OAuth. Getsy does not send your password or 2FA secret to OpenAI. Technical data returned to ChatGPT is limited to the tools and operations you request or authorize in the conversation.
Members of the same workspace can access servers and logs according to their role. Invitations, role changes and operations are logged for traceability and access control.
Account and billing data are retained during the contractual relationship and then according to applicable legal obligations. Technical command output is purged after 24 hours; command and audit metadata are retained for a maximum of 180 days. OAuth access tokens expire after 1 hour and refresh tokens after 30 days. Local backups created automatically before file changes are deleted by the agent after 30 days. You have the rights provided by the GDPR.
