You remain responsible for requested actions. Getsy may require re-authentication, 2FA or refuse an operation that presents a clear risk.
Monitoring depends on server, agent and network connectivity. Maintenance and incidents may temporarily affect some features.
Use of Getsy Agent through ChatGPT remains subject to the third-party service terms. You choose the OAuth permissions granted. Write operations require the plan level, role and security protections defined by Getsy Agent; a request made in ChatGPT never bypasses these controls.
The Free plan allows one server at no cost. Limits and paid features are shown before subscription. Subscriptions are monthly and can be managed from billing. In case of non-payment or cancellation, paid features may be reduced and the account may return to Free.
Prohibited uses include unauthorized access, bypassing controls, malware, network abuse, actions intended to disrupt third parties, or managing resources without consent. Getsy may suspend an operation or account when justified by a security risk or legal obligation.
Before a sensitive operation, the customer must have suitable backups and verify the scope of the action. Getsy general terms, privacy policy, DPA and legal notices supplement these terms. Applicable law is the law stated in Getsy contractual documents, subject to mandatory rules applicable to the customer.
